I always welcome new westerns. I grew up with them and never tire of watching a good one. I look for authenticity, especially in the weapons and equipment used. Nothing worse than to see a movie set in 1870 and they are using 1873 Colts and 1894 Winchesters.

Unforgiven, Tombstone, and The Quick and The Dead are a couple I remember from my childhood. It's definitely a genre that doesn't get a lot of love these days.

More westerns would be nice instead of all the current shoot to kill drug movies. My all time favorites, Dances with Wolves, Cheyenne Autumn, and for humorous western Cat Ballou.
