Good morning Col Burroughs. I've learned that having goals is not enough, you also need daily objectives to help you get there. And those should include some way of doing better today than you did yesterday at something. The point is to keep moving foward in whatever field or area you choose. Standing still is stagnation and atrophy. That also includes spirituality and caring for others....my objective right now is to get this virtual workshop done so we can deliver it to the clients who need it.
