Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs from a rainy DC. It isn't snowing!
We all know people like this. They live for the negative, for the drama in people's lives. The best way is to cut off their supply and remove yourself from their space if possible. I try to greet all comments with a smile; it makes the negative people crazy and they tend to leave my space. What can you do to limit your exposure to the negative?
