Hillary doesn't care about North Korea anymore than her husband did. So nothing much will happen here except the status quo. Pretty confident Russia will be the first foreign Policy Crisis perhaps followed by Korea which would be taking advantage of the Russian distraction. Definitely Russia will be first on the agenda because of Syria and the sanctions regime means Russia has to act within the next year or two to get out of the sanctions regime and they are not going to submit, so the only other option for them is some kind of limited attack followed by a negotiation attempt.
