It's about time the PRA was updated to cover social media. The law is always lagging behind the technology. We need to keep it updated so there is no confusion. Kudos to Rep. Quigley.

That's why there should be something specifically in writing and in law at that level. From what I've seen that most states apply social media used in official business capacity as subject to Open Meeting Acts and public records laws. So if state legislators and officials are held to that why shouldn't the POTUS?
