No argument here. Belief in fake history is worse than ignorance of history. Sadly, there's a lot of fake history being taught on American campuses and it's been repeated often enough to replace real history. The stories being published and broadcast as news these days are merely another repetition. Sadly this has left me suspicious of all history, even yours and especially mine. The biggest problem is Point of View. Any group of people can view the same segment of history and "honestly" report it differently. The only way of coping with this is to understand the POV of each reporter so that you can gain some clarity from your interpretation of what they are telling you.

If history serves us well eventually it does The media does not support a strong and willful President like President Trump look how they hated President Reagan his administration pulled some journalists press passes I think rightly so. I think that put them in check. You have to demand respect for the office. Calling the President a Nazi goes to far msnbc did just that shamefull and digusting.

Some, like FOX, just make it up. They plant a story in one of their foriegn subsidiaries, pick it up as "the English press reports" . Then their Wall Street Journal mentions it and finally FOX NEWS presents it as "the Wall Street Journal Reports"
