The Dirty Secrets Of ‘Clean’ Electric Vehicles

I would love to own and drive an electric car. However, I will wait until there is one that doesn't use batteries as its power supply. In addition to the "cost" of batteries, there is the inconvenience of long charging times. There is an alternative: super capacitors. Quickly charged and free of the loathsome environmental damage both in their manufacture and disposal. Why isn't anyone using them yet instead of batteries? A helluva a good question...
