The 'Echo Chamber' Isn't A Conspiracy Theory, It's A Fact

Facts are provable.
There is plenty of empirical evidence. But proof?
My guess is that we will never have an investigation to acquire such truth. After all, such tactics are employed all the time, and to disclose them would make it hard to do so again in the future.
