Capt Dwayne Conyers Russia has Always Made Excellent Aircraft but the Training of Our Pilots has always been Far Superior so that Evens things up a Bit.

Seems that the writer claimed the Raptor was at a disadvantage in this type of engagement because it's weapons aren't visible. My thinking is that if the stealth that the writer refers to is working, the enemy would not need to see the weapons. This, because he wouldn't even know the Raptor was present. He might never know the Raptor was present, because he could be fired upon and destroyed without ever sighting the F-22. In my thinking that places the Raptor at a great advantage. The enemy is destroyed without ever sighting the Raptor, and notifying his peers that the Raptor is on station. Maybe I interpreted the article wrong. Thanks for sharing.
