CPL Dave Hoover One of the Guys that Worked for Me in London started His Career as an Undesignated Seaman attached to com5flt. They trained him as a Stinger Operator. After his hitch there they offered Him anything He Wanted and He Chose to be a CTO like Yours Truly.
