The former chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has hit back at Trump for a slur about Obama

I wonder if all those who are sooooo outraged at those inserting politics into their NFL games by kneeling during the anthem, claiming it is soooo disrespectful to our country and military, will be equally outraged at a president who inserts politics into the sacred duty of consoling family members of dead soldiers. Of course, if Trump is going to say to a widow, "well, he knew what he was signing up for" maybe it was better when he hadn't called and just sent a letter written by someone with some human empathy in their make up.

I doubt it.

I'm speechless over the whole matter.

I'd really like to be surprised, just once, by this administration. We knew who he was in the beginning, so I guess his voters won't stand against it now.
