The UK had a lot of issues anyway...now they've added people who have totally different cultural values to the mix

Who the hell brings a machete to a Disney movie?
My guess is people who were up to no good from the get-go.

The narrator takes numerous shots at the ethnicity and culture of the offenders. I am pretty sure that bringing a machete to a movie theater is not accepted anywhere culturally. The issue is more with the parents of these people and the values that they are imbuing their community with.
There is a whole lot of racism in this video.

PO3 (Join to see) - If it was a group of angry Irishmen causing trouble (or "Troubles", if you prefer. After all, it has happened in the not-so-distant past) that would be Sectarianism, not racism. Irish Catholics and Anglican Englishmen have centuries of enmity, and for good reason.
If it was a pack of angry Caucasians, the descriptive would likely be "white nationalists".

I don't think an objective viewing of this video would lead one to any other conclusion than the narrator is very much anti-immigrant and blames immigration policies for this spate of trouble. His slant does not make those views untrue. Where he loses me is that this drum is beaten in such a way and in a repetitive manner that it is not very thinly veiled as not decrying the act, but rather a group of people. That is not OK.

For a more relevant metaphor, literally my last posted comment a couple moments ago was about ISIS in Syria, where my carefully considered opinion is that every last one of those SOBs that want to keep on jihadi-ing needs to die.
Not all Arabs (or wherever ISIS recruits may originate).
Not all Muslims.
Even not all "insurgents" in Syria who may or may not align with US goals.
But ISIS is extra special, and deserves some special TLC with JDAMS.

Much has been made of the local Somali community here in Minneapolis, where I live. Tales of Al-Shabaab, Al Queda, recruiting and fundraising. To be sure, there are some issues there. But by and large the Somali community has been a big asset to the city, bringing life to areas long run-down.
Immigration is not bad. Unlawfulness is.
And people that break laws, rather here or in the UK, should be held accountable.

1SG (Join to see) - Well Said. Though our words may not fully align our direction is the same. I can tell that I'm more of a roughen with words at times.
I did not catch the post you made about ISIS but understand and agree with your remarks and contention.
Immigration overall does not bother me. But when the EU's spike in crime is taken into account and the elephant in the room that everyone is trying to ignore. Well, many people will start being blunt. I openly omit that I'm very willing to be blunt and take the hate that comes my way if it's going to get things corrected or get people to open their eyes.
I did marry an Asian lady (math teacher M. Ed.) and helped her finish raising her four children (from previous marriage). So I'm sure I would score very low on the white labeling chart. LOL
As you would tend to not label all of the people in the Muslim region ISIS.
I too am not labeling every group of immigrant as anything per se.
Though I would quickly say that if too many (talking in the numbers of 1/2 Million or more) immigrants are brought in of low IQ and with criminal backgrounds...... Well, the host country of that group is going to have massive problems.

Looking at the crime spikes of the EU tends to make people back up and rethink their leaders actions.

Churches being burned down.
Rape rates of children spiking.
Massive gang wars.
Women not allowed to go out at night safely. (Countries are telling their female population to stay off the streets when it gets dark)

Granted immigration is fine for all countries. Yet scooping the bottom of the barrel of any race or culture never helps the host country.
Unless of course the host country is willing to honestly apply the law and jail and shame the lawbreakers. (Referring to not allowing immigrants to lie about their age so the law then treats them as minors)

PO3 (Join to see) - All of this nonsense was a prime motivator for Brexit. The thing is, actions have consequences, and those consequences should be laid at the feet of those responsible.
