Wow! Great read, and even greater organization! It's time that disaster aid gets privatized. The big organizations like Red Cross and FEMA stumble and choke on their own bureaucracy.

Retired from the US Army and worked in Emergency Management at the State Level, the CDC in logistics, FEMA in Operations and Logistics, and now in the Private sector. I have great friends in the Red Cross the disaster relief part is only one aspect. Look into Emergency Management.
