I've seen the rucks combat medics haul around! No thank you!..lol.... kudos to those who don't like there back!

MSgt George Cater - Sure, the FAST1, but even that is a waste of space. A regular IO drill with a bunch of needles is way more useful. The gauze pellets? Tampons. Less mess, less to carry, just as good.
