Stay sober talk to a buddy Follow Your Ace card talk to a chaplain. Don't stress if you have a drinking problem go to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and get string from other news dealing with your same issues. Have faith in self and if you're a person of faith read psalms. If you do not believe in God still seek professional help and don't consider it a weakness to admit that's your helpless. Admitting what has a problem is the first step toward recovering from this issue. Realize that the real victims are the survivors. They will always think like I have with my sister's suicide two years ago that maybe if I would have done something maybe if I would have called her when she was down she would be alive today. You not know how much you affect others by leaving this Earth and it is not as bad as you think things are.

LTC (Join to see) fantastic points. We all have to be cognizant of the issues surrounding mental health and be extra attentive.
