Interesting that we are seeing tactics for which we have also been blamed (prior to 1990's) causing us to move a military school from Panama to the US, then later renaming said school. I have learned to see all as driven by human nature, no surprises to me and seeing what we would do if we were doing the same if we had the freedom (no legal retrains) to do; sort of letting our crazy ingenious minds free to do.
