So now we have jobs going empty because people don't want them. The ones that are empty because of a lack of training programs can be relatively easily fixed, what's the solution for some of the others?

This report surprises me because with all the automation and improved efficiency on the farm and in our plants you would expect the total number of jobs to be dropping sharply. I know each farmer can now produce about 10 times what each farmer could produce when I was a child and the same is true in our plants. Maybe someone could explain this.
