This report surprises me because with all the automation and improved efficiency on the farm and in our plants you would expect the total number of jobs to be dropping sharply. I know each farmer can now produce about 10 times what each farmer could produce when I was a child and the same is true in our plants. Maybe someone could explain this.

Yet there are still tons of folks getting fine art degrees and other fruitless degrees when a professional certificate in a field is better. And then "I can't get a job and I have 4 years of student loans" comes up! Ya think?!
