It's a tv show, CTO1. And it's very watchable, but will drive Navy guys nuts with silly things like saluting indoors, sending the command triad ashore into combat all at the same time, etc etc.

It's Hollywood. Nothing more needs to be said. I mean the CNO in hand to hand combat with a Chinese warlord...um yeah...lol. And the ship has never ending stores and fuel supply.
I do watch it and i do like the apocalyptic premise of the show. My wife likes it because the main actor used to be on Grey's Anatomy (her favorite show)...lol
