100 Years Ago Today - July 17, 1917. Czar Nicholas II & his family were murdered by the Bolsheviks in Russia. Among his family that perished included his wife- Alexandra, son- Alexi and four daughters: Olga, Tatiana, Maria, and Anastasia. Their deaths brought an end, an over 300 year reign by the Romanov Dynasty in Russia. Interestingly, the Romanov's bodies have all been exhumed and are now on display in St. Petersburg.
