The Marines Named Their Special Operations School After This Hero Gunnery Sergeant

Gunnery Sgt. Jonathan Gifford was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2012. He posthumously received a Navy Cross for heroism.
Hundreds of guests and Marines witnessed three small boys tug a parachute down to reveal the newly dedicated Gifford Hall Marine Special Operations School at Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune during a dedication ceremony Wednesday morning.
