MAJ Bryan Zeski Most Definitely a National Security Issue. Military Scientist have been warning about since I was Supporting NRL in 87. Can We Do Something About it at this Point? Too Long People have Played Ignorant of Climate Change and Man's Impact!

It Looks Like Some One Should Have Looked at The Toppo Maps And Had The Corp Of Engineers Check Flood Plains Out.. I Learned Decades Ago Never Live Or Build Less Than 50 Feet From the level of The Nearest Body Of Water...

This base started as an Army post in the 19th century. I wonder how many times it has flooded in the past?
