Chip I think they need to give the Bobbies a baseball bat. You don't have to get them all but if you get some word will spread. Imagine, a face full of Louisville Slugger as you are trying to escape on your moped. The could start making it a sport giving the Bobby with the best swat an extra day off or extra pay. Get the public in on it, if video caught it let the public vote. Damn I am brilliant

LTC Jeff Shearer Oh I've Gotten "Thumped" By a Bobbie Before. Little Bitty Female Bobby and She Made My 6'5" Mutant Frame Back Up a Bit. CND Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament was having a Protest (More Like a Street Party) between My Office and the Embassy. 15,000 strong Street Party. I thought they would be able to tell that I wasn't part of the "In Crowd" and tried to go thru the Barricade in front of 7 North Grovesnor Square, Put the Heel of Her Hand right in the Middle of My Chest Quite Forcefully. After I flashed my Badge she Signaled a Couple of Her "Coworkers" Big Boys to Pick Me Up, One Under Each Arm, Drag Me and Drop Me in front of the Marine in Suit and Tie Inside. He Was Giggling. I Do Believe that He Drew some Distinct Pleasure watching CTO1 getting Thumped. LOL!

MSgt Stephen Council Served Their 3 Years and Never Afraid to Walk Down the Crappiest Neighborhoods in London. I Might Be Pissed if a Pick Pocket "Nicked" Me but Never a Concern About being Shot. BUT there was that Attempt on my Life with a Libyan Bomb Planted with the Assistance of the IRA, Maybe if I had a Gun I could Have Shot the Bomb! LOL!

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel You know, I've long given thought to opening a scooter/moped dealership here in Columbia (with 3 colleges/universities & several lower income job-seekers). But stuff like this gives me second thoughts as the crime rate is racing lately.
It is a clever way to do that, though. No license plate requirements (at least here in MO if its under 40cc) & wear a helmet to hide any identifying features.
