The Navy Basically Just Admitted That The Littoral Combat Ship Is A Floating Garbage Pile

So is it a figurative ship?

I, for one, am not surprised that the LCS as developed was not a complete success. First off, we needed a good Litorroal Combat Ship, not a Blue Water Ship, we already have many Amph9ibious Platforms that fill the mission that way. Designing a ship to have so many missions and no real crew, weel it was just bound to be a failure all the way IMHO. Ownership of a ship is needed to make a crew want to make the ship better and succeed! LCS never had a chance as designed!
