So should Cosby get a pass too? He's an old guy, and his stuff happened years ago too. Granted, his was more serious......but if being old, and the passage of time gets you off......then Cosby should walk.

Good for her. The time may never be right to come forward but that doesn't take away from the action that occurred. There are no free passes when it comes to sexual assault/harassment.
