Since it is spread spectrum, it would depend on how sophisticated the person looking tech was.
The performance of SS systems tends of be a pretty as the persons who invented the idea was, older equipment may not see anything at all, or alternatively if they want to be loud SPY class radars can put out enough contrasted power to physically damage some receivers.
