I remember back in the '80's something about reparations for black farers in my neck of the woods shipmate PO1 William "Chip" Nagel

I call foul on this...My family are farmers. There have been many years when the USDA gave subsidies to minority farmers and not everyone...our farms almost went under one year but the minority farmers around us were buying new equipment...Don't believe this at all as I have seen it first hand!!!!
