Thank you PO1 Tony Holland for sharing this information... It would seem that the powers that be sometimes react to quickly with having all their ducks in order... Certainly these types of decisions should not be rushed as it does take a tremendous amount to time for a replacement to be made... Also, the cost/benefit study is an important consideration...
