SSG (Join to see) Thanks for the video. Most people aren't aware of the advantages of proper angles: keep your elbows below your shoulders (stronger usage of the muscle group), activating your core, straight arms, slow movement, etc.
One trick I found to help me was when I place my hands down, I slightly turn outwards, as if turning a jar lid. This appears to alleviate some of the direct 90 degree pressure on my wrists.
