I can only imagine how miserable Russian soldiers are during the winter. There is no way the Russian logistics can meet the demand for food, water, shelter, and heat during the winter to support all its troops. I believe many of them are occupying frozen trenches. The good thing is the ground is probably too frozen to keep digging more trenches.
