I wld take a 7.62 over the 5.56 any day of the week. It's like trying to choose between the 45 and the 9mm. There's no choice. The colt 45 and the AK-47 where made for war and to tear the body apart..the 5.56 is to small and to fast. Just like the 9mm. If you don't hit a vital organ you get a through and through.
