Computer people are proud nerds! We are geeks in uniform. Not only can we kill the enemy but we can shut down their system as well.

LTC John Shaw Colonel, Are you addressing me or RP's venerated "JP"? He is really scary, and will never see my __ ___ # or anything else he isn't already reading.

I remember the big apple dud once said, A computer was only a tool, and only as smart as the operator (not exact words, but meaning is the same)

I just got back from a VA exam down in Germany. The doc had requested my medical records over a month ago. When I arrived, she hadn't received them. Just so happened I had my laptop and had copies of every thing she needed. I'm guessing she'll receive my records from the VA about Christmas time.

That is not very surprising that the VA can't seem to correct the computer glitch that's denying Health care to 29,000 combat vets SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. I expect we would all be much better off if the VA outsourced solving computer issues to qualified and component technician companies that are not linked to the VA or any of its leaders. No need for graft and corruption to go any deeper in that organization.
