"Usefully idiotic students" is a great description and I agree, if they are from a foreign nation Deport and put them on a Do Not Return list. The idiotic students who are citizens, expelled and put them on a list to not be allowed to attend any other higher education institution that receives taxpayer funding for 10 years.
