Where did you read that Capt Richard I P.? From what I read, the term Indigenous, can be attributed to various classes of people as slaves.
Australia Indigenous Slaves.
Native American Slaves in the early colonists.
African Indigenous Slaves sold and bought by Africans, in Africa.
American Indigenous Slaves sold and bought by other blacks and whites.

Most of the humanoid robots are used in battle field assisting infantry carrying the heavy loads... These are actually useful...
What relates to job loss to technology,,, We are already half way on that,, Robots do not need to look humanoid to replace people...
