We really are moving to the end of manned aircraft. Small unmanned helos for evacuating the wounded? Might make it easier to get wounded off the battlefield. Additionally the smaller target both inbound and outbound should make it safer to evacuate wounded.

And where is the in flight care our Flight medics and docs so professionally provides now. Get that thing outta here. 400 lbs capacity. Was there even a drawing board to go back to?
