Interesting weird odd crime film about Pres McKinley with a strange military twistx I don't know for certain, however, I've read it "might" be based on a true story, I've been searching for it forever since I saw it, I've yet to find it, I've found hintsmthough nothing specific, really odd film, well worth watching in places, espec the beginning and ending, curious, watch and judge for yourselves, it's been on TCM on cable TV bynus sevl times now, enjoy....
