Travel in the area and you quickly understand that the Palestinians are called the “pigs” of the Middle East. They have been present in Jordan since the ‘67 War and yet they are still kept in refugee camps. Ever ask why? Their birthrate is about 4.5 children per family. They breed like rabbits and quickly overtake the native population. In Jordan that would be the Hashemites.
They didn’t assimilate and that’s why a 2 State solution can never work. Nobody wants them …. It’s going to be an enduring problem.

Those same countries also know that Israel kicked their butts early on and never really let up on their military readiness so they figure if anyone can take out the Hamas it's Israel. If they haven't already done so Israel needs to tell the UN and the USA (well at least the current administration) to go pound sand while they do what they need to in order to effectively win.
Actually there is a way we can help; minimal human involvement: since they're (Hamas) mostly hiding in tunnels we should send Israel as many feral pigs as we can capture and let the Israelis turn them loose at any and all known tunnel points. It's less feral pigs messing around here and their aversion to pork will play as a nice tactical advantage. Send in the pigs followed by the Israeli equivalent to tunnel rats.
