Capt Gregory Prickett So the mayor’s story has changed again. First she said that she didn’t want any military in DC, then the rooms were for the guard to use for COVID-19 support, now it is who is paying the bill. When she failed to protect the citizens and property, the responsibility to do so fell upon the Federal level.
