Missouri case — was “blatantly unconstitutional, and the country may come to regret the Court’s failure to say so,” according to dissenting Supreme Court Justices Samuel A. Alito Jr., Clarence Thomas and Neil M. Gorsuch.

I find it incomprehensible that the majority of the court thought it was okay for one side to determine what could or could not be said on social media.

Our so-called conservative justices who were on the majority side of this decision deserve as much derision as those who thought Plessy v Ferguson receive now.
