Local Hardware store --
Black Pipe fittings - 1" wall/ floor flanges (4), 1" Tees (2), 1" Elbow (2),
Black pipe - 1"x24" (2), 1"x 48" (1), 1"x 84" (2)
Hex Head wood screws - 5/16ths (16)
Nylon Washers 5/16ths (16)
If you want to get really fancy throw in some 45 degree bends and some more black pipe and add a set of dipping bars.

I've got a home gym myself, and I would recommend just getting a good power rack with a pull up bar on it.
Mine has a monkey bar setup for varying grips, others have just straight bars, fat bars, angled, spheres, etc. You name it, someone will make it.
That will save space for you, and the power rack itself will allow you to accomplish anything you need to with relative safety.
