Not even close. They have no ne remotely close to MLK! Hell no one in any of their organizations could carry his suit case.

"Hell no one in any of their organizations could carry his suit case". I'm so stealing that phrase at the next appropriate opportunity.

I don't see an issue with this. In Texas, I often see signs at shops that state something like "we hold the right to refuse service for no shirt or shoes". So, remove the labels and what do you have? A customer wants to purchase coffee to drink. The owner sells the coffee but then tells the customer that they must leave the building. So Customer Service is an issue but not a crime. Result- purchase your own coffee machine, make coffee at your home, invite friends over. Easy solution. If mobile, get a coffee press and make in your car. // Extremists on both sides are looking for a fight and the rest of us are not taking the bait.

Good morning, LTC (Join to see), you know that's a safety issue. There are some people, male and female, who should NEVER go shirtless in public and flip-flop season brings out sights that can traumatize.

The business owner was being a jerk, and I wouldn't support his business after that episode. That said, if a Christian business owner can refuse service to gay people, why can't a gay business owner refuse service to bigoted Christians?

Memories Pizza didn't refuse to serve gay people in their place of business. They just declined to cater. Big difference as opposed to Bedlam Coffee.
