But a Navy Captain is equal in rank to an Air Force Colonel --- both are O-6

LOL Too funny. The Super Hornet is a great plane but the F-15 Eagle still rules the sky!
30 year to make Captain? He would've been passed over and flying a desk, not a Hornet! Hahaha
