Top 10 Places to Work Remotely

Would be a fun life to be able to travel to, and stay for prolonged periods in, such places while working remotely. I know I can't do that, but for those who can, I wish you well.

Germany would have to be my pick. I'm not an Asian food fan. England is a great place but London is insanely expensive. I already deal with the left coast liberalism so San Fran's out along with it's high cost of living.
