The whole list is kind of wonky. They have Denver as number 19, but with all of the problems they have even getting the new VA center even completed and way over budget, should have been taken into account as well.

SSG Keith Cashion - That Denver stat might be skewed by Aurora, CO (#22). That new VA Center is actually in Aurora... which is basically a Denver suburb. Either way, it's still no where close to being operational.
