CPO Tim Dickey this is the oldest trick in the book for companies with corporate taxes, which is to go get property and make millions. The workers get short changed and the rich get richer.

SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL, worse. The U.S. taxpayer gets the shaft because of the tax breaks they have for building infrastructure in the U.S. We're hosed twice or more times in these deals.
