Great event I participated in three or four years with USACE LA District! Several years were very hot!

My last participation in the Torrance, CA Armed Forces Day Paraded was in 1980. The parade route goes up a slight grade and the ocean breeze is disruptive! PO1 William "Chip" Nagel
In the 1970 parade there was NO band within hearing of our unit. The COC and myself each lost our voices calling cadence. The very next week, I owned a bass drum, problem solved!
