LTC Greg Henning Most Definitely although they have experienced some success in Parts of Florida. Having Lived in Cincinnati I was always struck by the Ornate Funerals since Cincinnati is a Popular Place to be Buried in the Roma Community.

We have an Irish traveler community in South Carolina in Aiken which is about 30 miles away. They live in “Murphy Village” named after a priest who helped them when they first set up camp in the 1930’s/1940’s time frame. There does seem to be a proclivity to violate the law. Recently a number of folks were arrested for welfare fraud. There is quite a trail of defrauding people and attempted fraud.
