All groups who receive federal funding for summer jobs are required to sign including the caveat that they must support abortion (reproduction rights).

It figures!! Alberta is the only Province where Catholic Schools are part of the regular school district. It was a concessions made for Alberta to join the Canadian Federation in 1905.
Atheists or agnostics wish it were not so.
