We need to pull out of the UN and stop funding that black hole for funding. The UN doesn't serve a purpose except to serve as a home base for shopping in the land of the big PX. We need to stop paying for this sham, relocate the new location to either Somalia / Iran / Pripyat (Chernobyl) and move on.

I like the Chernobyl idea best, but you are correct an the way out force them to pay all their parking fines and bills they have gotten out of with that diplomatic immunity.
