SGT Jim Arnold - I gather you have not read the act then? It covers some pretty specific things.
What provisions do you think apply to you or I? What part of the Klans actions would be protected By the CRA.

Civil Rights Act of 1964 - Wikipedia
The Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Pub.L. 88–352, 78Stat.241, enacted July2, 1964) is a landmark civil rights and US labor law in the United States[5] that outlaws discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.[6] It prohibited unequal application of voter registration requirements, racial segregation in schools, employment, and public accommodations.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - when you start separating people by color and race you invalidate the meaning of civil rights. Now that you posted the CRA of 1964. I understand where you are going with it but. I unlike you like to be inclusive with all Americans not just a select few.
