Seems to be a bit of a catch -22 for native Americans. How to get title of their land out of the hands of the government,yet somehow prevent it from being completely diluted and dissipated by sale to non-native Americans. On one hand native Americans want to hold onto their historic tribal lands yet in doing so, could lose the same land through their own doing through private sale. How to have yr land and keep it is the quandary.
